Craft a Cure for Cancer began with the Tea Cosy Compeition, held annually at Warratina Lavendar Farm.

The concept of the Tea Cosy Competition is for people who enjoy knitting, crocheting and all types of craft to make tea cosies and soft toys and contribute them to be sold and raise funds for a worthy cause.

After four years, the Tea Cosy Compeition has grown to raise over $30,000 for Cancer Council, towards cancer research, prevention and support.

The success of the Tea Cosy Compeition has led to many crafters asking if they can create their own craft-related event, and so Craft a Cure for Cancer was born!

We would love for you to register here to by clicking 'start fundraising' and hold your own Craft a Cure event to raise funds for Cancer Council.

Get a group of crafters together and knit, crochet, sew or whatever you like for a cure.

You may like to sell your wares to the public like the Tea Cosy Compeition, or just to family and friends, but big or small, every bit will help us in the fight against cancer.
